    I had such a great experience thanks to Daniel, the cashier! 😊 I was honestly struggling to decide what I wanted to eat, but he stayed incredibly patient and kind the whole time. He helped guide me through the menu and made ordering a Big Mac super easy 🍔. His positive attitude and willingness to help really stood out to me. It’s not every day you meet someone so dedicated and friendly at their job! 👏 I truly hope his hard work gets recognized because he absolutely deserves a raise 💯✨

    I always check my orders prior to leaving the drive thru window (at any and all restaurants) to make sure my order is correct and 9/10 it is. 👍 Negative and uncomfortable aspect of this establishment is someone or several people are always asking for money.

    The crappiest manager I have seen for a McDonald’s works here. I order here on a weekly basis and it is always some sort of communication issue or someone behind the counter being smug when you are the customer who is paying. Lupe who is the name of the manager of this location always have a negative attitude towards the customers when I am in the store. People complain about the slowness and how they need a correction to their but it is always met with a disappointing and disrespectful tone. I am also in the hospitality/ customer service industry but this staff of workers are constantly coming off frustrated and ill prepared for guests which for a McDonalds is sincerely upsetting when this is supposed to be fast food but always leaves the customer waiting more than 10 minutes. As an example of poor service I was told since I order frequently for my lunch break for me and others at my job that my order is to be put last due to the manager Lupe telling her staff that I can afford to wait on my food due to the store having other guests which leaves me to wait on my food curbside or in store for half of my lunch break which is the opposite of the meaning FAST FOOD. I hate to ever even bring Race into a situation but the disrespect continues when she waves me off and speaks to her staff in Spanish while darting her eyes back and forth at me like I have been problem when all I do is spend my hard earned money and valuable time at this location. I don’t know if this is an issue that I can afford to look past or ignore and continue to support this location. I have never been fed such customer service industry my life where you treat a regular customer who has spent hundreds of dollars at your store so poorly. I owe a thank you to the front register staff member Lupita for letting me know what her manager has told her staff on how to treat my orders and how I am to be put last due to me ordering multiple times in a day when I come. It upsets me to even write this but others need to know how loyal customers are treated and it is not something that anyone should have to experience. Please be wary of those we support and then they disrespect us as customers. We are worth more than just a dollar sign.

    When I asked the lady handing out food why she let 2 people skip me when all I had was a coffee. She pretended not to speak English. The manager who was indifferent guessed it was probably due to fresh coffee. Even so, no one said anything. I expect to be in and out for a coffee.
