  I ordered the new K-pop chicken nugget meal and they did not give me the shaker fries that are supposed to come with it and did give me the sauces that I requested. Pointless experience

  I ordered my food online from here and they gave my food the the wrong person and when I confronted them about the situation they were rude and unprofessional about the whole situation.i then I asked to speak to the manager she had an very unpleasant attitude towards me and I noticed them going around the corner laughing and eating. This place don’t treat their customers with no kind of respect they need to be replaced

  This place does whatever it wants and it doesn’t goes with policy. If I’m paying for it I should be able to get it however I want. I tried to ask them for the 5th time visiting here to put my caramel into of the cup for my frappe and they consistently refused to and wanted to charge me extra. I didn’t ask for extra caramel I just want the caramel inside of my cup so that I can taste it better and they still refused. That’s not asking for extra that asking for it another way rather then the original way. They are running me away from what I like to order everyday and it’s only 83rd Ashland. They need new management and staff cause I don’t go through this nowhere even when I’m out of state they under what I’m saying. Do you know how many mornings have been ruined because they can’t fix my coffee the way I want it??? Too many to count. Shut this place down.
