  The employees are nice. Only thing is when I had to say excuse me a couple times like I understand they can't hear behind the counter but if you do hear us acknowledge us. But anytime I come to this location service is always slow. Like for example when I came in yesterday I don't know what was going on behind the counter what the employees. The customers come first. Whatever goes on at this McDonald's that's not how we do it the Taco Bell where I work.

  Drive thru always suck no matter what time smh 😒 🤦 just had a sprite with no sprite just water 😒 smh I don't recommend this McDonald's suck

  I ordered a double fish filet at the McDonalds on 5153 W Chicago Ave. I usually do not write reviews but people should be aware of what this Mc Donald is serving. . I asked for no cheese and when I received the double fish filet one filet was old and dried up and the other one was fresh. This was at 7:00pm on Friday March 27, 2026. I took the sandwich back and spoke with the manager. Showed her the old dried out fish. She said it was nothing they can do because I took a bite off the old fish. I never experienced a manager saying it’s nothing that she can do about this situation when the evidence is before her.. Do not eat at this place unless you want to eat old food and get sick. I would give less stars if I could. I will never eat there again.

  They keep saying they ran out of mayo. Why can’t you say the franchise is not supplying it? It’s been the past 3 times I’ve gone and they say the same thing. The workers seem overworked and I think the franchise owner must be a terrible boss. I don’t want to pay for mayo!!! They want me to drive through the window again to pay…. A joke???

  The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in Chicagoland area probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my life says they’re open 24 hours. Waited 15 minutes. They said they weren’t gonna be open for 15 minutes ordered a parfait. They said they don’t sell parfaits then ask for yogurt or a milkshake did not have either one then asked for numerous other items and do not have those either don’t know what kind of McDonald’s this is, but do not waste your time. Your money embarrassing to even have this place opened. They’re lucky that they even can get one star this place should be condemned and closed for operation!!!!!!!
