  Como es posible que este restaurante no haya estado previamente listo para atender a los clientes a tiempo cuando 2 minutos está el Jefferson Park con un evento masivo de huevos de Pascua. Es increíble ver como desperdician la oportunidad de vender sin haber planificado. Tanto el Drive Thru como el local tenía espera. Un evento matutino necesita desayunos a los niños y adultos. Tuve que solicitar la devolución del dinero. Gracias a McDonald's perdí mi itinerario del dia y sin comer. La respuesta de la supervisora es que lo lamenta pero estaban cortos de personal.

  My chicken sandwich came out with spots on the bread never have this happens before when I asked the manger she told me it’s was nothing she could do. I also asked if she check to see if it was mold on there and she said she did not care the manger names is eirka also said it’s out of her hand. I’ve been coming here for the last past year and this is the first time this ever happened for this to be a franchise they have the worst mangers and costumes servers and will not recommend no one to shop here.

  Bad vibes all around. Service was straight-up weak — slow, careless, like nobody cared at all. On top of that, the parking lot is a mess. Folks acting like parking pirates, taking up spots they shouldn’t, blocking cars, zero respect. Management needs to step up, handle the staff, and fix the parking situation ASAP. Not a good look.

  Placed an order online and when I arrived at the location they claimed I didn’t have an order, I even showed my receipt and bank charge, they said they had no order for me and ould do nothing for me, I order from this MCDONALDS regularly, I will no longer, terrible customer care
