  After many visits I noticed that the nighttime manager is extremely rude. "Just to make you smile" is a joke to him. This cannot be tolerated. He needs to be replaced ASAP. I will not be going there again.

  Make sure you check your bag to make sure you get all of your food. Time and time again they leave out items. I’m not interested in giving McDonalds free money.

  The food at the McDonald’s on Harlem and Addison is usually fresh, hot, and made correctly. Popular items like fries, burgers, and chicken nuggets taste good and meet expectations. The location is convenient because it sits on a busy intersection, which makes it easy for customers to stop by for a quick meal. Because of this, it gets a steady flow of customers throughout the day. However, the service is often slow, especially during lunch, after school, and in the evening. Long wait times at the counter and drive-thru can be frustrating for people who are in a hurry. The seating area inside is also limited, so it can feel crowded when it is busy. If the restaurant improved its speed and added more seating or better organization, the overall experience would be much better.
