  No specialty coffee, the restroom smells awful, the faucet and sink are in terrible condition, the toilet is cracked, and the urinal is out of order. What a miserable experience. McDonald’s, how could this happen?

  I come here multiple times a week, wether that's for coffee or a quick lunch. This is the second time and second day in a row they mess up my coffee order..... There's no traffic in the drive through or barely anyone inside. The bald guy and latina old lady keep messing it up. They somehow miss the drizzle I add to iced coffee. First the bald guy at the drive through ruined my coffee by adding something weird and charged me an extra dollar I CLEARLY SAID MY ORDER- MY ENGLISH IS PERFECT AND THEN THE MIDDLE AGED WOMAN TODAY DROPPED MY STRAW AND DIDNT ADD THE THINGS I ADDED TO MY ICED COFEE AND DIDNT EVEN GIVE ME A STRAW. ...SHE ASKED ME "DO YOU WANT ME TO THIS TO UR COFEEE??" LIKE DUH CHECK THE RODER AND RECIEPT... I DONT WANNA BE RUDE BUT WTH

  Night shift manager is trash. They messed up my order after waiting for 15 minutes, then they said the order didnt go thru if I could pull back around and order again. Refused to correct it and told me if I wanted food to go back and reorder it. Trash service avoid at all costs

  One of the employees named “Hala” accuses other employees of sexual harassment. As well as kisses employees in the cooler. I called the store and was threatened by one of the managers who seemed to be a guy and said “ I have your number on file I will call as many times until you change your number, have a good day.” Trifling McDonald’s. Employees as well as Managers should be reevaluated and cameras should be added. The girl Hala claimed a manager texted me. Are managers supposed to be texting minors off their personal number? No investigation went on whatsoever only one side was taken.
