  Rude managers and employees. Racist remarks while speaking i. Another language while standing there and they didn't know that I understood Spanish very rude slow service

  This place was absolutely horrible and rude to me. I placed my order online for this Mcdonald’s and upon arrival the doors were locked. So I went to the drive thru line to pickup my order since I already paid. I go up to the microphone saying “Hello” and nobody answers me for a good while, long enough for a line of cars to form behind me. As soon as I stepped away from the ordering mic I hear a worker speak to the car behind me immediately, very unprofessional and very rude considering I am a paying CUSTOMER. I walked up to the pickup window because I already paid. An older man in flannel and an older woman were working the drive thru at around 12am today (2/28) and when the older woman saw me walk up she just kept shaking her head at me??? What are you shaking your head for you saw me on the camera and didn’t answer me so now I’m here. Then who I assume is a supervisor comes up (the older man in flannel) and says “just this once we’ll make you it the drive thru only for car” which is FALSE because I have had to do this before. Then they continued to take other cars orders with large amounts of food while my order (three cheeseburgers) was taking forever. They shrugged me off to the side and handed me my order with no words, no thank you, just sticking his arm out the window with a lot of attitude and very rudely. Sorry I had to make you do your job 😂. Both of these employees were very rude and unprofessional. I work in customer service and this type of behavior would be unacceptable, as I am a customer who already paid and there was no other way for me to get my food. They acted like it was a personal inconvenience that I was actively trying to cause them. Worst McDonalds experience ever, and the food wasn’t even hot. Never come to this McDonalds you’re better off getting Burger King or anywhere else.

  Went thru drive thru it took so long to get orders. When I got my order ( large coke medium fries only, so it could be fast) the coke was not good at all the only reason I order it was because McDonalds has good coke. Fries were kinda old too not coming back period. I’ll stay with my regular McDonalds on Belmont and Pulaski.
