  I sat and watched a manager by the name of Vanessa Flowers deny a young woman entry into the women’s restroom after she came to the counter to place her order she asked can she use the restroom moving back and forth as tho it was very urgent the manager walked away. I hope corporate sees this message and address it accordingly

  Love this McDonald’s bc the quality of the food but this one lady w the blonde hair always has an attitude. She stood at the window like this and ignored me for like a whole minute today. Watched her notice me. It takes nothing to just be remotely amicable you don’t have to be upbeat but she’s always just so angry. Hope she’s alright at home honestly. Someone needs to talk to her though.

  Terrible experience at this location. The drive-thru staff was very rude and rushed, repeatedly saying “anything else?” in an impatient tone. At the payment window, there was no greeting, just more unfriendly service. When I got my food, the employee almost dropped it and didn’t apologize. Then they shut the window while I was still asking for salt and pepper. I try to support businesses in my neighborhood, but this kind of customer service is unacceptable. Definitely needs improvement. The one star is because I had to put one to leave a review . 0 stars is the true rating for this location. Go to 22nd king drive McDonald’s instead at least they are pleasant.

  Awful. That's the best I can describe the experience. Extremely rude and aggressive staff. Three happy meals for over $22. I asked why the price was so high, and the answer I got was "I don't know." So I left and went to another McDonald's.I got the same order for 13 dollars unbelievable so they charge whatever they like and get rude when you try and tell the the price isn't correct. Also some of the staff was intoxicated. I couldn't believe what I was seeing.
