  Since when did they take away the soda machines and start charging for refills! I guess it’s been a long time since I was last inside a fast food establishment but that’s one of the backbone to what made fast food places special the free death cola syrup machines limited to only your health! BOO NO FREE REFILLS

  I wanted to drive through the first young lady Donisha was nice and courteous and service with a smile.. But she do need to clarified the highest route promotion. That is buy one for $1.99 and get one for another dollar which is $3.99 for two hash browns. That is way too much. Elise at the drive-thru gave great customer service with a smile. When I asked her that my steak egg and McGriddle have the the breakfast sauce sauce that I paid 50 cent for. She checked and added a side of breakfast sauce. The fact that it was made without the extra onions and the breakfast sauce that I was trying .50 for is ridiculous. I can say the food was hot it was fresh. Customer service was great but unfortunately the order was not correct. Then I actually order caramel frappe. And had it sent out to me on the mobile curbside. When the runner which was the also the cashier in the Drive-Thru bring me my order. The cashier should not have been the runner and the cashier for the drive-thru. Unfortunately my frap was not made correctly They did remake me a caramel frappe although they added the caramel correctly. The the frappe was still wrong and with no frappe just cream on top with a little bit of drinking here. I won't be back at this location again.

  The food is good but man their customer service is terrible. And on top of that if you go after hours the wait times are crazy and with no cars in the drive thru. You could hear the music blasting through the pickup window. Like they're just in there having a party and not caring about you waiting outside. It shouldn't take almost 25 mins just to get an order. It's a fast food restaurant.
