  Service is slow as hell, I ordered a sandwich thru the app an hour ago, been in not a long line for 30 min only to be told that my sandwich is still being worked on but email said it was ready! Cashier was so not friendly or welcoming just saying go ahead with the order

  This Jimmy John’s location is extremely unprofessional and consistently gets orders wrong. Honestly, I don’t even know why I keep coming back time after time when my order keeps getting messed up. During my most recent visit, I went through the drive-thru to pick up an online order and wasn’t greeted at all just told “go ahead with your order” twice, without any acknowledgment of what I said. While I was at the speaker, I could clearly hear employees laughing in the background, which was very disrespectful. The employee with brown twists in particular had a noticeably poor attitude during the interaction. When I pulled up to the window, I was met with unwelcoming looks as if I had done something wrong, simply for picking up my order. Between the constant order mistakes and the lack of basic customer service, this location seriously needs better management and staff training. I will not be returning unless there are major improvements.

  If you have limited amount of time. Avoid this location. Obvious feud between the staff. Lazy and full of attitude.

  Jimmy John’s corporate I hope you see this! Even though the manager fixed the problem, they have a guy at the location that is always missing meat from the sandwiches and does not speak English. How did you feel out the application and you can’t communicate in the language where you work? This is not a racist review I’m keeping it real. Even though the manager fixed the problem, why was it a problem in the first place? Please stop hiring people for cheap labor. Please smh

  I was so excited when I heard this place was coming to Pullman. But dissatisfied with service and employees. I’ve been 4 times now. Each time it’s a farkus with the staff acting as if they can’t take orders as requested. I ask and PAY for double meats. But each time I have to pull teeth to get it rang up correctly. Today I asked for triple meats. The lady in my receipt that cashed me out was in a personal phone call thru here ear buds. Then finally put the phone down. When I asked for the triple meats instead of double meats she yelled, and abruptly told me I couldn’t hv it. When I said I’ll pay for it her reply was “I can’t just add it and the manager left me alone, there’s NO ONE HERE to boyd and re-ring you. She called the mgr and they told her to just tell me to write in about it….” What???? What a disgrace… Well, I’m doing that here and want to state I’ll never ever ship here again. Two ppl walked out right after me as I’m sure they met her Nasty Attitude as well. This is why restaurants CLOSE in black neighborhoods. You can’t bother to hire, train and produce good service. I can and will take my money where it’s appreciated! Do better…
