    The worst Jimmy John’s I’ve been too. This is my second visit and will be my last barely any mayo on the Sandwhich. Dry spots on most of the bread. Embarrassing.

    Service was decent but was during lunch so Ill give it a pass. Staff was welcoming. Only bad thing was that you can't tip the employees virtually.

    So I placed an online order, and the amount of meat seems significantly on the low side. Did not seem like the 3 oz portions. They claimed to be especially when I ordered extra meat should have been double the portion. I also had redeemed a free dessert which I did not receive and now it has been deducted. I wish that I would have had a food scale with me. Basically I paid for a sandwich that had 3 full slices of ham and the staff tried to tell me the three half slices was a full portion. If a full portion is only 1 1/2 pieces of ham, I'm never coming to Jimmy John's again. I definitely feel ripped off and I need to go buy more food. The employees were nice and tried to explain that was what they were told was the correct amount of meat. * i just wanted to update that after writing this review, I had no refund and my free item was not put back into my app. This lack of interest in resolving issues from a large business makes me never want to come back again. Not just this one, but all of them.
