Why would you allow people to bring their dogs in where food is being served. Dog shakes one time and it’s hair everywhere. People really misuse that privilege.

I just wanted my sandwich, not be over charged, and maybe not feel uncomfortable in the restaurant. I got none of those things.
- They over charged me by 40% for my meal
- they didn’t give receipt when I asked for it.
- They treated poorly when I questioned the price difference
- They got my order wrong, then acted unprofessional and stated blaming each other and eventually directed the blame at me
- The team remade my sandwich but talked about messing with it and loud enough for me to hear in retaliation.
I decided to leave, threw away sandwich and ate somewhere else.

They missed items in my order a few weeks ago. I called and they said they would give me a $5 credit but I had to place an order by phone to use it. I made that call today and the employee would refuse to talk to me over the phone and said I have to come into the store to talk in person. What kind of employee tells their customers they have to come into the store during a pandemic to talk?
