    Food and service was great 5/5, however the place was like a sauna. Needs to have a working ac for me to enjoy the atmosphere

    They should put a sign saying no 50 dollars bills are accepted that way all their workers are in the same page. Most of the workers do accept that but today one of them didn’t and I feel it was him distrusting me or something because like I said all of their employees accept 50 dollar bills except for him.

    This is by far the worst location of ANY food chain I have ever visited. On October 1st, we stopped by for sandwiches since Jimmy John’s has always been reliable for us in other locations. We ordered to go, only to discover once we were away from the store that the sandwiches were missing half of the ingredients and looked sad and disappointing. I reached out to customer service by email and they offered a $20 credit, but ONLY to be used at the same location that couldn’t even get my sandwiches right. I accepted it anyway. They took forever to reply, so I had to follow up. They finally told me the credit was ready and all I had to do was go to the store and give my phone number. When I went on November 12 at 3:43pm, the employee had absolutely no idea what I was talking about. I wasn’t even greeted. He was on his phone until I said “hi,” and he looked like he hated every second of being there. He didn’t bother calling a manager or even trying to help. Based on that alone, I can tell exactly how well they are trained and how “pleasant” the management must be. I reached out again to this “Ana Morales, District Manager,” by email and she told me the store manager said no one came in asking for a credit. They couldn’t even bother checking the cameras? At this point I feel like they’re taking me for a fool. I wasted my time and my gas just for them to play with me. I genuinely tried to give them the chance to make this right, but they left me with no choice other than disputing the charge to my bank and leaving this review to warn others. Ana then offered to send me a gift card, while not even spelling my name correctly in the email. And now you’re telling me you could have done that from the beginning? Absolute joke of a service from the employees, the store manager, and the district manager. Please don’t even send me the usual “please leave feedback at this link” because you are sincerely a joke. You all need to step away from customer service and seek another career.
