  I live a block away and walk into this JJ's regularly. While I agree that it's not perfectly clean and the team members aren't quite as friendly as other locations I have visited, I have never once had a problem with anyone being rude or the food being anything less than what I expect. My order has never been incorrect in over 50 visits, but I also don't get delivery or order in advance so I can't vouch for that aspect. I found the reviews for this location surprising as I have never had a bad experience, enough that I felt compelled to leave my own. It's a fine Jimmy Johns, not the best, but not the worst I've seen for sure. New toasted sandwiches have all been great when I've had them.

  It's a dirty location and the employees are rude/absent, they don't speak and just look at you, just install Kiosks,they have more personality. Food at JJ has declined significantly,the meat is slimy and gross the last two times I have been there, wilted lettuce ,and bread tasted old. They no longer have a place in my life and are insignificant,there are thousands of other places that overcharge,but the food is good. Premium prices for below average at best food.
