  Someone left a review about finding a roach in their sandwich. The video they provided is clearly of a Jersey Mike's sandwich and not Jimmy Johns. I do believe they are confused and left a review for the wrong restaurant.

  This past October I purchased $70 worth of sandwiches for my Stylist from this location. When my Stylist finally unwrapped her sandwich. She got roach surprise. I contacted corporate and they asked me to send a copy of my transaction. I never heard back.

  This is the best and friendliest Jimmy Johns! They always get my order right, even with all of its customizations, and never fail to greet me with a hello and smile. :)

  Great experience at this Jimmy John’s. The service was quick and friendly, and the food was great. Everything tasted fresh and the order was ready fast. Definitely a place I’d come back to.

  The lovely ladies at this shop are spectacular. They know my standing weekly order as soon as they see me. They will even question if I want something on my sandwich when I forgot to click something like extra lettuce, pickles or having it toasted. They are the nicest ladies and make the walk over to the Taylor Street Jimmy John's worth it.
