  Had a bad day, didn't eat at all today.. my server Chris was really respectful and helpful with any questions I had and very patient...completely made my day! Bright smiles and fast service! Would highly recommend this spot!!

  Don’t let the bad reviews fool you. This Jimmy John’s has been a favorite go-to spot of mine since forever. They always get my sandwich right and the service has always been outstanding. The ingredients have always tasted fresh and well made. This place is great; specially the kind worker lady named Rosario. (Who makes sure I get my extra veggies and mayo on my sandwich.) She’s always welcoming and her big smile makes anyone’s day brighter. Just her service alone makes this spot a warm welcoming uptown location. I am thankful for having a Jimmy John’s close by when I need it. This is a regular spot of mine and I will continue to go here for as long as I can. Thanks!

  Melanie is the best. She’s always fast as hell and remembers my order. She’s always helping other employees while never stopping what she’s doing. If she’s not the manager she should be 🔥
