Of course, this week being a little buiser than usual, we did have a little snag with our order and Michelle was so great to work with! She helped me resolve the order and even took the time to find the missing item. Great customer service with such urgency and she understood what I needed help with. Thank you!!!

I got to self check out ring up my door dash order, bag the items, cash register is frozen. Sorry you gotta move.. Do I have to scan and rebag everything yeah….. go to check out again need the employee twice, which they one person is/are handling 8 self check out lanes. 10 minutes turned into 50 minutes. After the ordeal I called the customer service number on the receipt as the agent was registering my shopping experience/complaint. Call went silent. Next agent said they will filter it up to management.. no one ever calls back or emails.. I will continue to post pictures on public platforms so that consumers know what to expect.
