  Avoid this Jewel. They will tow your car by mistake. It's a big fee and a bigger pain to try and get it cleared. Imagine leaving the store, seeing your car missing, then having to walk in the rain to get your car back with an expensive fee. Besides that, the place is disorganized, the aisles near checkout are bottlenecked, making it difficult to navigate even when it's not busy, and the workers look like they can't wait to leave. There are so many other grocery stores nearby that are better. I don't even like leaving 1 star reviews, worst I do is 3 stars, but this Jewels deserves it. Just avoid this place, for real.

  WARNING: This Jewel hired a tow company to watch customers in the parking lot and tow their cars as soon as they walk away. Today I walked into Jewel and saw that what I needed wasn’t stocked (my second time checking this week), so I returned to my car. Then I went inside the Salvation Army next door. I was inside for honestly 3-5 minutes before they made an announcement that Jewel was having cars towed, so I immediately walked outside and my car was gone. Another woman made the same discovery so we walked in the rain together to pay $240 to get our cars back. The receipt from the tow company says I was “illegally parked on private property” - the parking lot. It lists that the car was towed two minutes after I had already called the tow company to find my car. So, even if you go to Jewel, they are surveilling customers, and will still tow your car. It may cost you $240 and a walk to the pound to park at this Jewel. Otherwise, this store’s checkouts are always malfunctioning! Terrible. Bring your business elsewhere.

  Went in for an in-store pick up but went back to buy an item I forgot to put on my pick up order. I paid for the additional item and then went to the bathroom. On my way out after I used the bathroom I was immediately harassed by an employee yelling at me from behind claiming I needed to pay for the items that I had already paid for. (For context, I'm a small woman and this man was much bigger than I am.) I said I paid for them and he proceeded to yell and say I didn't and said they had it on camera. We looked at the camera footage and checked my bags in a small room with two other people in there (one other male one female). I showed my receipts to prove that I paid, like I said I did and he said he "didn't want to see me around no more” The whole interaction from start to end was incredibly hostile and never once treated with respect through the entire interaction. I've never been yelled at for paying for my groceries. Horrible.
