Self service 15 items for less lanes. Was told twice that I needed assistance - I didn't. And finally had the system lock up so I had to pay at the counter. Seems like other places have figured out the self checkout process. Might want to do a bit of research and copy what they do. Or perhaps if you are so concerned about theft maybe don't have self checkout at all, hire more workers, and go old school and do it in person. Good news is I won't be back anytime soon. I'd rather pay more than have my time wasted by stupid systems.
