  I am a gratitude customer first time shopping deli getting some chicken for my son and as I patiently waited and I watch a young man was a smile and greeting with professionalism to the customers who was headed of me he didn’t let they impatient take his great Customer Service SKILLS Was super awesome

  We had the displeasure of being “attended” by Jasmine N. Cashier supervisor At 10pm 04/02/26. She kept yelling at us because the self check out kept flagging the way we handled the items as I was scanning on my phone for coupons and scanning at the register. Because my phone was being very slow and not scanning barcodes correctly, I was trying to go as fast as I can to not upset her because she was getting annoyed with the registered flagging her down to override. She then began to talk loudly at us instead of calmly explaining the issue. We called her unprofessional for the way she responded to us and she began saying we probably couldn’t read or understand the situation. I told her I was getting overstimulated with all the noise and ringing from the register, but to have a blessed night. However she kept end going on and on under her breath. I asked to speak to a manager she said “that’s me!” I said okay then how about a store manager she pointed to a gentleman behind customer service who was counting money. I asked to speak to a manager he told me to look at my receipt to find his info. I then asked for their names he said he can’t give that information. As we started to leave she called us broke because we’re looking for coupons. That I need to get laid by my partner because of how we were “acting”. We proceed to leave to the parking lot and she comes running out and calls us wetbacks. Is this the type of behavior that jewels condones? I don’t appreciate being treated like I have to hurry and get out and be yelled at for making simple mistakes.

  Unlike other Jewel-Osco locations, I really appreciate that this one opens at 6 AM. Most others don’t open until 7, which can be inconvenient for someone like me who prefers to get things done early. This location makes it much easier to stick to my routine, and that’s a big plus. But you find the fun iedt characters here.

  I will never go there again they never have honey wings and the lady at the deli had an attitude today when I ask her and their customer service is so bad

  Not a safe place to shop. I was called racist derogatory names and threatened inside the store after paying for my groceries. All while employees stood around and did nothing. There was no security around. The store manager seemed unconcerned after I called to talk to him about the situation. I would just go to another location instead of shopping here. I was almost assaulted and nobody seemed to care.
