- VTVidal Torres1 day ago2.0This is the second time I ordered breakfast from this location on 67th st and Pulaski Rd. First time a month ago I called in and ordered two eggs, turkey sausage, two big pancakes and hash browns and when I got there to pick up my order there was no order, so they rushed to get my food and I wait about 10 minutes before I get my food (which is not bad I know that mistakes happens) I was offered one free doughnut for the mistake but when I got home there was no free doughnut… I decided to give another opportunity today and I ordered again two breakfast; two eggs, turkey sausage, hash browns and two regular pancakes, when I picked up my food 15 minutes later it was ready (“jay”)paid and leave. When I got home there was only one breakfast order instead of two, I was shocked and disappointed and tempted to go back but it will take me 15-20 minutes to get there so I decided to not go back but instead to write a review to let them know that they have one less customer. Notice something when I called in to place my order, who ever responded on the phone noticed my accent and asked me to hold and passed the call to someone else and this person never took the time to paraphrased my order to make sure she got the order right and she missed it…Again.
