  We like Giordano’s, had it many many times, but it was our first time at the South Loop location. The adults had a deep dish for dinner and at the same night around same time both of us had very bad stomach and diarrhea, but the kid who didn’t have deep dish was fine. Giordano was the only food we had for dinner. The next day I heated up the leftover pizza for dinner and had the same symptom again (stupid of me, should’ve thrown away all the leftovers). Server was also not very attentive, never got us the extra glass of water we asked and never came to refill my drink either. Definitely will have Giordano again, but never at this location.

  You can never go wrong with Giordano’s pizza, but this specific location was particularly great. Not only was the food delicious, but the atmosphere and service were incredible. Specifically, our server Steven was so kind, friendly, and accommodating! He made our meal and experience that much more enjoyable, and we are looking forward to seeing him again when we come back for a pie!

  Amazing food & service . My server steven recommend the bbq chicken pizza and did not disappoint. He was very attentive on making sure my food came out hot and drinks were never empty & also served cold ! I was recommended lou malnati's but honestly giordanos is the go to when in Chicago ! once again thank you Steven for the phenomenal experience. MAKE SURE TO CHECK THIS LOCATION OUT !!!

  It was my very first time trying Chicago deep dish pizza, and I have to say it was a great experience 🍕😋. We were visiting from Kentucky for Uncle Charlie’s R&B Cookout concert, and after the event we made it to this spot pretty late, around 11 PM, just before they closed at midnight ⏰. Even though it was late, the staff still welcomed us warmly and were super friendly 😊👏, which really made a difference after a long day. The food tasted authentic and satisfying, and you could tell it was made with care. The salad was also fresh and crisp 🥗, which was a nice bonus. Overall, a really enjoyable visit and a perfect way to end the night ❤️

  Waiter completely ignored us after taking our initial order, no refill offered on soda, never brought a beer i ordered. Took down our order for sampler and pepperoni deep dish pizza. Brought us completely cold sampler. Around the one hour mark comes by and asks if we wanted anything else….like he didn’t take our order for a pizza??? Completely ridiculous service. Just paid for what we ate but left, no use in waiting more for a mediocre pizza or complaining to manager who would probably sweep the complaint under the rug. Won’t ever go to any of their locations again.
