  Called in an order and was told everything was set. After waiting 50 minutes, I showed up just to be told they never received my order. That’s a huge waste of time and really disappointing service.   Where do I start, first the pizza was burnt extremely burnt the thing looked like it was cooking in the oven for hours we couldn’t even bite it without hurting our teeth and the service was terrible when we went to see if we could possibly switch the pizza for another one they said no and they said that’s how it’s supposed to be mind you the side by side comparison is way different, and we couldn’t even afford to buy another one which is the worst part so my family couldn’t have pizza on pizza Friday.

  Came in for a carry out & kindly asked to apply a coupon but apparently it’s online only. When I came out I read it applied to both dine in and Carry out. Shouldn’t matter if you called it in or checked out online a carry out is a carry out.

  The food and drink was great. Doesn’t seem busy it was calm. The waitress was terrible she disappeared and came back later. Unlike other waitresses they bounce around several time for their customers I had to ask one of the girls to get my waitress to refill my soda. My liquor arrive after I finish eating my pizza that should be arriving from the beginning not at the end. I wanted tip her good to appreciate her for working on Valentine’s Day but she just ruin my night.
