  My first Chicago deep dish pizza. Super nice experience. Loved the atmosphere of the restaurant. Staff was friendly and attentive.

  Our server was a semi young African american man. He wasn't the best server. He looked stressed out and rarley came to check on tables. Myself and my party noticed he was forgetting alot of the other guests orders. Drinks, extra plates, extra silverware etc. The older Latino man who was the busser was more attentive to everyone's table and made sure everyone had water and was comfortable. I didnt feel bad not tipping the server, for what he didn't attend to the guest at all, but the busser i saw all the guest that left and our party included made sure he was taken care. It's always the Latinos doing better at there jobs than anyone else.

  The most I've liked about this pizza joint was the bus boy he clean them tables as soon as you got up and brought water to the table fast.... A very warm atmosphere cozy too....

  We waited for 15 minutes after we were seated nobody came to ask if we needed service, i finally got up asked the attendant at the front desk and she told us they only had one person attending customers we just got up and left.

  Treating your family today often comes with a sacrifice, with the economy today! So when you pay $80 for pizza and appetizers, it should come with great customer service! However, while waiting for a pickup at this location it's unlikely!!! Please, treat your pickup customer with the same respect as your dining customers!
