  ALWAYS look forward to some AMAZING Giordano’s pizza when we make it to Chicago. This trip was no exception. Wonderful pizza was complimented by EXCEPTIONAL service from Antionette. We, as past owners of 3 food establishments, appreciate when servers go above and beyond to make customers not only enjoy their food experience, but also make it a personal, fun experience from their wait staff. Thanks Antionette for the great conversation and making us feel ‘at home’ while we spent our time for lunch here!

  We actually traveled all the way to Chicago just to try this pizza, and it was absolutely worth it. The pizza was incredible! truly some of the best we’ve ever had and the atmosphere of the restaurant was just as impressive. What made the experience even more special was the staff. Everyone was so kind and attentive, and our server in particular went above and beyond. They kindly encouraged us to take photos and videos and made sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. Thanks to their thoughtful service, this visit has become a truly unforgettable memory. We would love to come back again!

  Horrible horrible horrible ! As a first‑time customer, this experience was extremely disappointing. I arrived at 8:48pm on a Monday night (6 Apr) and waited good 15 minutes without being acknowledged, even though the restaurant was not busy. Staff repeatedly walked past without greeting or checking in. When someone finally approached, there was no apology or intention to makeup via good service. Near closing, the bill was placed on the table before we were ready, and my plate — still with food on it — was taken without asking. This level of service is unacceptable. I hope management reviews this and reaches out. I have the bill and can provide details if needed.

  The pizza was amazing! The crunch on the tavern style was spot on. Our server was annoyed and rolled (actually rolled) her eyes when we told her we did not pre order because we were not in a rush and wanted to enjoy our time in the city. She barely stopped when I asked for a second glass of wine and a second glass of pop for my husband. The pizza was delivered and she never asked how it was. My husbands pop was empty and I had a sip of wine left. She asked if we were ready for a box, we said yes and for a pop for my husband. I said I might have another glass of wine with dessert. She came back packed up our pizza. Took my plate that had 2 bites of pizza left and my husbands which had a bite left. She brought him a to go container of pop and handed me the portable payment device. And dimissed us from the restaurant. Whip lash. So much for an enjoyable casual dinner out. Next time we want a Giordano’s and we are in Chicago we will try a different location. Maybe they will be less abrasive with how long you are allowed to stay at the table. Again, the pizza was amazing!!! Maybe next time we will buy a bottle of wine from someone and pick up the pizza to go. That way we can enjoy our evening vs acting like we were timed.

  I had a great experience at Giordano’s, and a big part of that was thanks to my waitress, Andrea. From the moment we sat down, she brought a super friendly and welcoming vibe that made everything feel easy and comfortable. She was really attentive without being overbearing, always checking in at the right time and making sure we had everything we needed. Andrea knew the menu well and gave solid recommendations, which definitely paid off because the food was amazing. She kept things moving smoothly, even when it got busy, and still made us feel like we mattered as customers. You can tell she actually cares about doing a good job. Overall, the food was great, but Andrea’s service really stood out and made the whole experience even better. I’d definitely come back again.
