  I had an excellent experience at Wingstop. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and very professional. My order was taken quickly, and the team made sure everything was correct. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The wings were perfectly cooked with great sauce coverage, and the fries were crispy and seasoned just right. I was also impressed by how clean and well-organized the restaurant was. The dining area, counters, and restrooms were all very neat, which shows the team really cares about cleanliness and customer satisfaction. The service was fast, even during a busy time, and the staff remained polite and helpful throughout my visit. Overall, this Wingstop location delivers outstanding food quality, excellent customer service, and a clean, comfortable environment.   I ordered for pick up, but wanted delivery. Noticed my mistake right away and called the store to see if I could - change to delivery and if not I wanted to cancel the entire order. Store manager said there was nothing they could do and still charged me. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card. I know I made the mistake, but tried to rectify and the store was absolutely no help. Pay for food that you never receive - No thanks

  I purchased food one evening. The gentlemen working were kind. My food was made fresh, hot, and delicious. The next evening I purchased food, there were women there. They gave me not one, but two orders of old, unseasoned fries. They also gave me a sauce of which I didn't order and was very disgusting. I feel like they should label the sauce when you order several different flavors. Upset, I went back into the cold, to the restaurant. The atmosphere felt off. I kindly explained to a gentleman that I was given old food. Everybody back there seemed agitated. On edge. He did make the switch, in which I appreciated. However, the fries were again, old, cold, and lacked seasoning. I'm highly disappointed. A bunch of seemingly college aged kids standing around on the owners dollar, refusing to do the right thing. Serve people the food you'd want served to you. It was a crowd of kids in the restaurant hardly working. I would've appreciated if one of the took them time to actually make me fresh seasoned fries, as I requested. Nobody wants old cold unseasoned food. It's wrong. Y'all are getting paid to stand around talking. Being lazy. Why? Want to be at work, hardly working. I can't stand lazy people. What's hard about.dropping some fresh fries into some grease? You're already standing around doing nothing. Stand around and watch the fries cook. Omg. It's not hard kids. 😂
