  Wastes delivery drivers time Had a DoorDash pickup here and was told 2 minute wait at first. I repeatedly checked in on the order they kept saying it was coming. Waited 30 minutes for the order risking my car being ticketed and towed. Finally after checking in for a final time and pressuring the take out manager he said the kitchen lost the ticket and it would be 15 minutes for them to make it. Do better I am posting anonymously to protect my driver account

  This is my second time visiting this location. Food was good but pluck all the feathers out of the chicken. Biggest turn off. My mother said the green tasted like black pepper and vinegar.Next our server light skin guy with braids. Buddy need to slow down rushing us to order. Food comes and 5min later he already coming with dessert and Togo orders .$530 for 10 people better get them servers together. Manger just walking around never asked us how our food was. White guy with the suit on at the door is the nicest person yall have in this establishment. He greeted us upon entry and even thanked us for coming.

  Live dj good smooth music when I was there around 8:45pm ,sports bar setting, ,food was expensive automatic 15% tip in food price plus 1.70 if card is used! $54 and I got home order was missing cup of greens $8! YOU NEED A SMARTPHONE FOR MENU. Robot bring food out to server by your table (unsupervised)food not covered

  Horrible experience there was a fight that broke out when we went and the food was horrible. The staff was more worried about the fight than still delivering proper service. When the food came out it was completely cold. I then got food poisoning the next day and called to speak to the manager. Every time I would call to share my experience I always got “he will call you back” and never did. We paid $80 to experience bad boys club and poor service all around! Save your money you can make this food at the family bbq.

  Unfortunately I will not be able to come to this location anymore. The other day I had to deal with some of the most horrible and unprofessional attitudes I’ve ever seen in my life. There is a young dark skin lady who works the register, she always has a terrible attitude and I always ignore it because I truly love the establishment. They know me by name, the light skin brother with long hair has assisted me several times and he has top tier exceptional professionalism he needs a raise!!! However the young lady and the security guard working the evening on 1/12 need to be retrained. As much money as I have spent at this location and Dolton, I would never had thought someone would go off on me for asking for 1 bbq sauce, which I requested to have on my tips and wings but they forgot, and didn’t give any on the side. The security guard was also extremely aggressive demanding I show him my order, which I refused because if I gave you my first and last name for a pickup order why do you need to see it? We have to do better with our own people l mean seriously. However, the food is always perfect I’ve never had any issues with that area, and everyone else who works there I have experienced good service from, but those two from the night of 1/12 are why I can never return to this location.
