Called them to get a refund for my card transaction, they said they cant do that, and i have be physically present to give me the money back... Thank god chargebacks exist specifically for this situation: When a business sells something unusable and then makes refunds difficult. report the transaction to your bank, dispute it and get the money back, while also flagging business for a corporate review, since they cant run their business right.
