I work with applications such as Uber and Doordash and almost always they assign me an order in this restaurant at 4:30am, 5 and 6am. The problem is that their employees at that time they don't like to work they hide so as not to attend to the car service area, I call the microphone many times and they don't answer and when I look out the window looking for help they barely saw me they hid.

Humans will land on Mars before you receive your food at this Wendy’s.
This location is the slowest fast food service in the USA. I’ve been 4-5 times at all times of days (5:30am, 11am, 2pm, etc…) - I have experienced 12-15 minute delays every time (20min on one occasion. The staff, visibly, appears slow. Thank God they don’t work in the ER, because we’d all be dead. There is no urgency. No apparent leadership. No standards. In contrast to its peers, this Wendy’s is comatose.

To pay as much as I did for food, then to get home and see part of my order missing really pissed me off. It's too cold for me to have to go all the way back when employees should check and make sure the whole order is in the bag. This is total b.s.! I'm out of some money over something that should've been checked before giving me my food.

Yikes. Do not recommend coming here unless you enjoy poor service and dismissive staff.
I made the mistake of ordering to the wrong location on the app. It's heavily snowing out and I take public transit. When I got here, I realized my mistake. I was very rudely scolded by the staff member and told "that's CLEARLY the wrong location". When I asked if it could be made at this location,.explaining it's a while from me, I was greeted by an eye roll. Then the guy who was helping me came over to his coworkers in the kitchen and openly mocked me because "we're not going to fix an issue that's user error." Not sure why we needed to do all that but that is absolutely not okay.
If you hate your job so much maybe go find another one. I will not be returning to this location. And I encourage anybody else to find a different location.
