Brenda is a terrible manager. My daughter applied for a job there and they scheduled her an interview date. She went to the interview and was told that they wasn’t prepared and could she come back another day. My daughter went back the second day; Brenda told her she wasn’t ready again and could she come that following Monday. Well here it is Monday and my daughter went there a third time… just for staff to tell my daughter that Brenda is never there on Mondays. I tried calling the store to speak to someone, but a member of their staff keeps picking up the phone and hanging up; so there’s no way to even talk with someone about the problem. If Brenda isn’t hiring, why keep a 16 year old girl coming back there just to keep giving her the ring around. That’s the most unprofessional thing a woman can do to a teenager who is trying to get a job.

I don’t usually write reviews but the way this restaurant is run is outright illegal. I had the misfortune of eating here tonight. My burger had a ROACH CARCASS in it and the meat was completely uncooked. My friends burger had mold growing on the cheese and was also completely uncooked. I feel extremely unwell after eating the fries before realizing the disgusting hygiene of this place.
Needs to be investigated and shut down immediately. Employees are beyond rude as well.
Update:
I called the store and got into a screaming match with an employee who proceeded to call me a slur. Unbelievable. Didn’t receive a receipt but I would like a full refund.

Alright so I’m not a picky eater but I know when the establishment is violating health codes. I’m a little late on this review but 3 days ago I went to this location EAGER to get some food after the bar. I waited a long time at the register while all the employees were busy cracking jokes and throwing fries at each other. I finally moved over to the Kios to Oder my food. As I was about to tap my phone to pay I see the manager (I would assume he was the manager is uniform was different then they’res and he wasn’t wearing an apron) comes from the office with one of those electric fly swatters. And he was swatting all the fruit flies in the air that were lingering around the food prep line. And to add insult to injury, he proceeded to Zap one of the employees in the elbow with said fly swatter. Never been more disgusted in my life. Went across the road to Popeyes instead. This place needs serious management

Ordering at the drive thru, no total display to know actual total. Asked 2x, was given first total, then added additional item, asked for new total, since the display was not working. Waited, no response for a few mins. Went to the window to pay and young man was really dude, Jamari? Not sure, but told me we couldn't edit order or add items at the window, then asked if we can start over, and stated I'd have to go back to the drive thru, I said fine, cancel order and still asked if I wanted to pay for the messed up order. Went around, placed the order with the AI operator and order was messed up again.. went to the window and asked to review order, the young man once again seemed irritated, but was able to review the order and edit.
