Xavier helped me and those looking to pick up orders and did such an amazing job keeping his cool with the chaos happening around him. He was polite, and made sure everyone was satisfied. Every item in my order was incorrect not to mention the food was COMPLETELY INEDIBLE due to staff negligence. My baked potato was not loaded, my burgers were cold and the nuggets were rock hard and stale. I am normally not one to complain especially over fast food but this location is actually ridiculous. Therefore; I will be calling the health department as well as the better business bureau daily to report this restaurant until I see an orange city sign on their door. Wendy’s corporate office will hear from me as well.
