Every single time he is there the fries are old and cold and he’s gotten the order wrong a couple times. We come at night every so often when in a rush and coming home from work. So having to drive all the way back for an incorrect order is a huge pain. Just can’t believe he doesn’t make an effort to at least make sure the food is hot and correct.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience and the lack of response afterward. On January 14th at 12:24 a.m., I was served a raw chicken sandwich from this Wendy’s location. This is a serious food safety issue that could have made me very sick. I tried reaching out to Wendy’s to report what happened and give them the opportunity to address the situation, but I have not received any response at all. The lack of follow-up is just as concerning as the incident itself.
