The drive-thru experience here is honestly disappointing. The cashiers are often rude and act like they don’t want to be there, which makes the whole interaction uncomfortable. On top of that, customers are rushed to order before they even have a chance to think. It doesn’t take much effort to show a little patience or professionalism. This kind of service really hurts the business’s image and the community’s reputation.

I repeated my order three times. Pulled up to the window and she only charged me for two items. Her response I didn't charge you for a salad. It was my first experience coming to this Wendy's and my last. She had a bad attitude was just rude. She didn't offer to say I can charge you for it now.
