Ordered grilled chicken wrap i took 1 bite and chicken was frozen , wrap wasn’t even folded, and there not even half of this wrap was full. Spoke to Tiffany:manager says no refunds and she could only replace the same disgusting wrap, no thank you! I called them back to have them view my video so they can see how nasty the wrap was. A girl who answered the phone says she was a general manager but refused to give me her name hung up on me, i called back and spoke to a women who said Tiffany gave me wrong info and that i can come back for a refund, unacceptable!! Just lost out on my lunch.

This used to be my favorite Wendy's in the city, but not anymore. Here recently it has went downhill. A couple of times I have went over there early evening, and have been told that the restaurant was closed. Just recently Sunday or Monday, and it was 5:06 pm. When I asked why, initially the rude, unprofessional staff member just repeated (with an attitude), "We're closed!" So I asked a second time and she told me that 'people decided not to show up so I'm working alone'. Now mind you, as I was pulling up to the speaker 2 cars had just drove off, so I couldn't understand why she couldn't just take my order, so of course I was quite irritated. Yesterday I returned and was able to place an order. Boy do I regret going back! The burger was awful! First thing I noticed was how sloppy it was made. Then I noticed the old lettuce, and then the temperature and appearance of the burger. The burger looked old and it was cold; not freshly made like Wendy's advertises. Also, the fry was a smedium instead of a medium. Basically it was a small fry in a medium container. I was angry, but I live too far to take it back. The only item that was good was the drink. This Wendy's needs to do better! Fresh, good food and friendly staff should be the norm. I should not have to take time out of my busy schedule writing a review because people hate their jobs. If you don't want to work find something else to do! Because poor service and dissatisfactory food is not what's up!
