She accepted my Coupons, she used a computer, and she stepped on the side and was talking to other workers. Nobody said anything to her about standing in front of the window in view of customers at the window while eating, she didn’t even try to hide it. I attempted to use one of my coupons, and they said that I couldn’t use it, and the reasoning they gave was not listed on the coupon. I told them I’ll take the kids meal that comes with it and they asked me to pull up. 10 min later they bring me the kids meals that are cold with old fries. I brought them back in and I was met with attitude and denial until until I told her to take it out touch it. This same lady who I am talking to inside about the quality of the food, is the same one that was eating in front of the window, she was the same one, putting the fries in the bag after they remade it and the burgers in the bag after they remade it.

Knowing that Duncan Donut is steps away, and twice Wendy's got my order wrong, and trying to call them to inform them of this is sickening can't never get anyone on the phone. and I look around I see that Duncan Donut stay packed with customers while Wendy's has no one or very few people in their drive through, I think im gonna have to add myself to the Duncan Donut customer cause Wendy's suck...
