  Great wine selection, the pasta is made fresh daily. Filet medallion over risotto, pasta carbonara were both excellent. The fresh green peppers in olive oil is a beautiful start to the meal, complimentary with olive oil Parmesan and red pepper flakes

  Went here for my birthday dinner, and the food was very good, but the service was excellent and attentive (especially the waiter bringing the drinks). The portion sizes are not the biggest for an Italian Restaurant given that the price of the food is between 25.00 to 45.00 a plate, but the food is freshly prepared, made to order with great presentation. My appetizer was the Meatball Salad (a must get item), and my dish was the Shrimp Scampi with added mushrooms which was an amazing dish. My family all got Fettuccine Alfredo with either shrimp or chicken which was also amazing. My suggestion is to do valet parking at 17.00 if you are driving here because the West Loop has terrible parking. I would come here again for a couple's date night instead of a family dinner night because of the higher price point for items on the menu, and because of the vibe, and atmosphere that is cultivated by the amazing people who make it to be a couple's special occasion restaurant versus a family outing restaurant.

  Viaggio’s is outstanding. The Italian food is authentic, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The handmade pasta was cooked perfectly, the sauces were rich without being heavy, and every dish tasted fresh and thoughtfully crafted. Service was warm, attentive, and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere is cozy yet upscale. Easily one of the best Italian meals I’ve had — highly recommend and will definitely be back. 🇮🇹🍝🍷

  We ordered dinner for Christmas Eve well in advance and were relying on it for our holiday meal. Unfortunately, the order was canceled an hour and a half after the scheduled delivery time, with no call, message, or notification of any kind. We only discovered the cancellation ourselves. By that point, it was far too late to make other arrangements, especially on a holiday. Canceling an order that late—after confirming it and allowing the delivery window to pass—without any communication is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. If the restaurant was unable to fulfill the order, we should have been notified much earlier. This completely disrupted our Christmas Eve plans. We will not be ordering again.

  From the moment we walked in, every detail of the décor elevated the experience...right down to the music, which had me wanting to sing along to every song. Our server was absolutely delightful: charming, polite, and fully present, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout the evening. We sat in a cozy booth near the bar and I was in awe of the elegance that surrounded us. We began with the bruschetta, and it was so delicious we savored every last tomato and crumb. Each dish that followed was beautifully presented and thoughtfully prepared. From start to finish, the entire experience exceeded my expectations. This has instantly become one of my favorite places to share with friends and family, and I can’t wait to return soon. Thank you for an evening filled with thoughtful service and flavors...a moment in time to truly remember. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
