  The ambience feels uncomfortable and scary. The customers on both sides of me acted like mobsters and mobster wives. The use of profanity loosely was intimidating.

  Absolutely amazing! We were struggling to find a restaurant in Chicago that would allow a group of 20 to dine and Viaggio was so welcoming! The food was incredible. We will be back!

  We visited Chicago for the Midwinter dental meeting. From the moment we walked in the door we felt like family. We met Dave at the front and we became fast friends. Lauren was our waitress. She had wonderful recommendations and took great care of us. And the food was...out of this world. This will be a regular stop for us when we are in town.

  Food was decent but service was absolutely amazing. This is one of a handful of restaurants where I’d go back regardless of quality just because the service was this excellent. Everyone from the host to waitstaff and bussers were extremely nice and accommodating without being overbearing. Give your crew a raise boss!

  For over seven years, Viaggio has been one of my absolute go-to restaurants in Chicago’s West Loop — and it continues to exceed expectations. What I appreciate most is this: despite their growth in size, capacity, and popularity, the experience has never declined. In fact, it’s become even more refined. Last night, we walked in close to the end of dinner service — nearly at closing — and instead of being turned away, we were warmly welcomed. As local business owners and entrepreneurs, being recognized and accommodated with grace speaks volumes about their hospitality culture. That level of service is rare. The food? Always unparalleled. Consistent. Elevated. Thoughtfully executed Italian cuisine that delivers every single time. The vibe strikes that perfect balance — upscale yet comfortable, energetic yet intimate.
