- DPDasha P4 days ago1.0What a joke of an establishment, staff refuses to serve you when the store isn't even closed LOL Went in at 8:08 and this girl is mopping. It's 8:08 and they don't close til 9. She said if I'm not picking up an order I can't place one because they're getting ready to close. I say to her "So you're closed?" Mind you they don't close for another hour. And she says "Well...yes basically" I just laughed at her and walked out telling her to change the hours on the door. Such a weird experience

- LSLatoya ShannonFeb 2, 20263.0I have been a loyal customer since the downtown location has open up in Chicago 2025 and I’ve had a great experience until today 2/2/2026 when I went in I ordered a Greek berry yogurt bowl and when I made it to work I was disappointed that they changed the granola I wasted $11.00 because I didn’t enjoy the bowl the granola was nothing but nuts when the original granola was nature valley honey and oats the best granola for the bowl. I hope this is a one time thing of changing the granola because I really enjoy the bowls at this location because it’s very convenient for me when going to work . Please bring back original granola
