I took it back and asked for a refund and the guy argued me down and gone say just because I tried something and did not like it I’m not supposed to get a refund because that’s not right. Ok so what am I supposed to do? Eat something that’s clearly old or get another acai bowl made with the SAME old and nasty base like bffr. The base had ice crystals on them yall! It’s supposed to be frozen but not frozen like that! You go to smoothie or deep purpl or any other place it’s going to be fresh, cold, and frozen correctly not with ice sickles on them

- AAAngieOct 29, 20255.0This was my first time at any of the tropical smoothie cafes and i can say i’m presently surprised. I got the Chia Banana Boost initially I told them no coconut water but they said that I would barely taste it and they were right. I barely taste of the coconut water, so that was a good choice and they made it really well. This is a really thick smoothie and it’s a big cup if you only want to have a a smoothie and no wrap or sandwich you will get full off of the smoothies. I also got the Caribbean jerk chicken wrap, which was really good. The sauce is spicy but they put pineapples in the wrap which is a sweet surprise. If you’re a texture person you won’t like this wrap. I also got the kale apple salad as a side. Kale is always bitter but the male worker said they mix it with honey mustard and little shavings of apple and it was so good. Everyone was so helpful and I will be back!
