- EEEricNov 14, 20251.0Horrible service from the two young woman there today around 1pm. They didn’t acknowledge me at any time. The woman that was on the register walked away and never came back (I assume she was busy that’s understandable) but the other young woman came to the register many times and didn’t say anything to me once. And then finally came to the register she didn’t say anything to me she just looked at me and then after a while asked if she could help me just to say they didn’t have the featured item. (That’s understandable.) I’m simply disappointed with the lack of service and hope for these two young woman to improve.

I placed and paid for my order in advance, but the employee proceeded to add almonds even after I had clearly explained my allergy. When he realized the mistake, he tried to start the smoothie over, but then mentioned he couldn’t find the dates. He asked his coworker for help, who replied that she didn’t know and continued working without offering any assistance. At that point, I decided to settle for a Bahama Mama Smoothie instead. However, the drink I received was completely off — it was purple/blue instead of the usual yellow color, which makes me think the ingredients were incorrect. I was really disappointed with the service and attention to detail, especially considering this involved an allergy concern. I would appreciate if this could be addressed with the staff to ensure better handling of allergy orders and overall quality control.
