I then been to plenty of locations, walked in at 15 minutes before closing and was served. I went to the location on Canal because this location wouldn’t serve me. Made it at 8:45 I was served and also, the staff there apologized to me for the inconvenience of the other location.

The food was okay but it was overshadowed by their attitude. A runner came in and had to use the restroom. They would let her in. I ended up buying a bottle of water (3.30 and so over charged) to let her in. I do understand the rules but the girl was about to cry and empathy does exist. I don’t hold it against the workers there but the management need to sort their priorities.

A girl behind us said it would be best for us just to order on -line. The two workers were working as best they could but there was NO customer service interaction. When they did speak to customers it was in a very low mumbled voice.
