Either REACH OUT TO ME LIKE A HUMAN BEING AND GIVE ME BACK THAT MONEY, or stop wasting my time. The well-deserved one-star review stays, and now the service review drops down from 3 to 1. Your manager needs training. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Had my first and only smoothie here a few days ago. $9 is insane but it sounded great; cranberry, strawberry, froyo and white chocolate. I subbed acai for the berries, wanted it less sweet, more tart. What I got was literally undrinkable; tasted like PURE SUGAR. Zero taste of cranberry or acai. It was revolting, and I'm a confirmed sweet tooth/sugar lover. Could not choke this down, poured it down the drain. Never had to do that with a smoothie in my life. To put this into perspective, I've made smoothies using 10 ripe bananas WITH dates and they were less sweet than what they gave me. McDonalds's milkshakes are less sugary than this smoothie. So I called, spoke to a lovely person working alone who took my name and number, as I want that $9 back. She said the manager would reach out. They haven't. And now I'm out almost ten bucks for something I couldn't even consume. If they'd followed through and give me that refund, or a credit towards a food item to try instead I'd have given them a second chance. We live close by and it's always good to have a new local place to support. Not a peep. So customers don't seem very important, and no human being on earth could possibly drink what I was given. Seriously. It was like being asked to drink pure syrup. Disappointing, to say the least.
