The chicken wings in particular stood out, genuinely some of the best I’ve had! Service was equally impressive. The staff were warm, attentive, and very friendly throughout. Highly recommend for both the food and the overall vibe.

The service at breakfast was really bad. The wait staff needs a lot of training. We also found one of the waiters at breakfast to be apathetic and rude. Travelle is the reason we're going to choose another hotel for our next stay in the city.

The concept of the chicken (entree) was a bit odd. Salmon was dry but I liked the guanciale and lobster broth. The dessert was a glorified snickers bar and it was too sweet and heavy. Service was really really slow (I think the kitchen may have been understaffed) but staff were all friendly.
