Thai O’clock is now going to be in my rotation of nearby restaurant recommendations. Everything we had was really delicious. Their seafood rangoons were the best- a MUST. Tom Yum soup with shrimp was super flavorful. Chili wings were so crispy and fresh. We also got their basil fried rice and added beef and got spicy- which wasn’t very spicy but the next level was thai spicy but I appreciated the ability to determine spice level. We ended the meal with the Thai iced tea creme brûlée- perfect creaminess, the Thai iced tea flavor wasn’t overpowering or too sweet. Everything was fresh and had quality ingredients.

We’re so happy Thai O’Clock opened, it’s definitely the best Thai restaurant in the area! All the food is incredibly flavorful, fair prices, and lots of variety and some unique dishes on the menu you don’t see at most Thai places. Staff is also really friendly. We got the Panang curry, spicy basil, papaya salad, Thai iced tea, and mango sticky rice - highly recommend all these dishes! My only minor complaint would be that the portion sizes could be a bit bigger.

If I could give it 6 stars I would. From the minute you walk in the staff is friendly with a smile on their face. We tried numerous items and to tell you the truth I can’t pick a favorite because they were all delicious. The price is extremely fair and atmosphere is soothing. Highly recommend.

We had a large take out order tonight . 7 appetizers and 6 entrees. Let me start by saying the food was delicious and had great flavor. We really only had two concerns. Our order was missing all white rice that was chosen as an option when we ordered. It was to be with two entrees. Not a big deal. But disappointing. We had 4 orders of wontons. 2 orders of chicken wings and edamame. . All ICE cold. The other food in the same bag was hot. The appetizers were in cardboard containers that weren’t even shut. To send out food like that in the winter, I suggest wrapping the containers tight in tinfoil to hold the containers shut and hold in the heat. We only had a short drive and like I said the other containers kept the food hot. We all agreed the food was delicious and will come back again.

I placed a phone order for five takeout items and carefully repeated the order to the waitress for confirmation. The order was as follows: 1 Pad Kee Mao Chicken,1 Pad Kee Mao Beef, 1 Pad Thai Beef,1 Thai O’Clock See Ew Chicken,1 Tom Yum Kung When we opened the sealed takeout bags at home, we discovered there were two Pad Kee Mao Chicken orders instead of one chicken and one beef. I immediately called the restaurant to report the mistake. The waitress asked how long it would take us to return to the restaurant, and I told her approximately 15 minutes. She then asked whether I preferred a refund or to come back to pick up the correct order. I requested a refund. A few minutes later, she called again and asked me to take photos of the food so she could show the kitchen staff. I complied. She then asked for photos of both containers as proof, assuring me that a refund would be issued. I informed her that one of my children had already eaten one of the dishes. Despite this, she still requested a photo of the empty container with the lid, which I provided, along with a photo of the remaining dish. After all of this, the waitress changed her response and stated that instead of a refund, she would offer a credit for a future order. I clearly told her that I wanted a refund, not a credit. I then asked to speak with the owner to address this issue. Instead, I received a call from another restaurant staff member who stated that she was in charge of the business that day and that the owner was not available to speak with me. She mentioned she would refund one order, but the inconsistency in responses made the situation even more frustrating. This entire experience made me feel that the restaurant did not want to take responsibility for its mistake and instead made me feel as though I was causing a problem by requesting a reasonable resolution. The repeated photo requests, changing explanations, and lack of clear accountability reflect very poor customer service. Due to how this issue was handled, I will not be ordering from your restaurant again.
