I went in ordered on their kiosk and my food was ready for 10 minutes and no one informed me. My food was extremely cold and it was workers giving drunks free food while mine was cold. It was drunk people everywhere but it was clean in the store.

I always trick myself into hoping this location has somehow got its act together and end up disappointing myself. This location is consistently slow and they never have Baja Blast syrup at the drink fountains. Went in for lunch, ordered food at 12:15 and wasn't out of the store until 12:40. I ordered 2 cheese rollups, a taco, and a drink that you pour yourself at the fountains. 25 minutes of waiting for two of the easiest items on the menu. I think it's an understaffing issue, or maybe their workers just aren't paid enough to care. But the 3 women on the line were definitely not keeping up with the lunch rush. I honestly think that's a wild failure on management's end. Clearly these ladies not equipped to handle a Loop lunch rush, but in the handful times I've been here over the past year, nothing has changed. The workers are nice and might even be doing their best, it's just not enough to keep up with the foot traffic and online/delivery orders. Hire more people or something lol

The young Spanish guy employee that works Monday evening is rude and doesn't know how to provide hospitality or service with a genuine wholesome smile. The employees need to be retrained. They don't know how to communicate with customers or food couriers. If they can't handle the heat they need to get out of the kitchen. I asked both employees for gift cards to purchase and they both didn't know where they were or if they had any and so they said they don't have any. So when I ordered food and I was waiting for my order I saw the gift cards behind the cash register up high on the shelf on display. When I tried to communicate with the black guy and the Spanish guy employee, They both were very quick to try to shut me up because they were very busy preparing food and a lot of people were waiting in line to pick up orders. So I spoke up and said I'm leaving now so just give my food to the homeless guy please because I bought two orders of food for the homeless guy and I also left without purchasing gift cards. The Spanish guy tried to sound like a tough guy and get the last word instead of being more understanding. The ambiance of this place is very uncomfortable and very scary. The employees obviously don't know how to handle things properly or articulate eloquently.
