I ordered my food an 1 hour and 30 mins ago and called the restaurant asking about my order and they lied claiming “they already gave it to my driver” and once I tried to explain that my drivers kept quitting because they were taking so long they hung up the phone. Then I recalled back to say that I got a new doordash driver who has been waiting their they HUNG UP AGAIN. Whoever is the lady at the phone is one of the most incompetent workers I have seen. You don’t just spam the hang up button as a restaraunt when YOU ARE THE ONE REFUSING TO MAKE THE FOOD. (For reference this is the third time they have refused to make my simple order in the past month)
