Staff behind the counter told me I should just cancel my order. Staff told me they were handling the in store orders and pick up orders were not a priority to them. What’s the point of ordering ahead of time. Also despite my Taco Bell app saying it’s ready they didn’t have my order ready countertops were dirty and had old meat and residue
