  Honestly, whoever was working today 2/28/2026 at 11:26 PM needs to be fired immediately. I paid $32 for my order to look like this? First of all you didn’t give me my avocado salsa packet that I paid for then you also didn’t even give me a full scoop of the guac that also looks very gray. You also made my crunch wrap with nothing in it like where is all the ingredients? This is honestly so disappointing. There was about six people in there and it’s crazy to me that you guys couldn’t manage this order and my order came out within 10 minutes so you guys just rushed it and gave me whatever. I called the store multiple times and whoever is working there is denying the calls. The crazy thing is I always come here and I guess all the workers got lazy.

  Please replace the staff they are very slow for , but for other locations of taco bell they are very good examples of Clark and broadway, but this very very slow I just order i taco they are taking 30 minutes, what the hell is this , this is 3rd time they are taking this much time, management please fired them all and put new one

  I ordered from this place on the taco bell app, eta for delivery was initially 7:17PM, my initial delivery driver waited at least 30 to 40 minutes and never got the food! Then they left and I got another driver who waited atleast another 30 minutes. After I waited over 2 hours they said the order was still being prepared...so I called doordash who is the company they use through their taco bell app and canceled the order. At the time of order on this Google page it said people wanted around 15 minutes, my timeframe initially was around 30 which is fair for delivery...but 2 hours with no end in site is absolutely diabolical. Also when I called the store directly to get an actual estimate...no one ever answered the phone.

  I avoid this place like the plague. Worst service I've received and witnessed in a Taco Bell. No wait hold up, worse than that. This is the worst fast-food place in general I have ever been to. And I grew up in the Southside where most the fast-food joints have literal barricades separating you from the employees. But somehow those workers still got things done without an issue. Meanwhile these lazy Loyola kids just can't be bothered to do anything. I've waited over an hour for food from there several times. And I'm talking a single meal or combo. And if you seem inconvienced they are always like "Well you can just go then I guess what can we do" Literally the most pathetic establishment you could step into. Who raised these kids.
