I am an uber eats driver, I ordered food for myself and also wanted to pick up a delivery. They were not responding to me about the order and act as deef people. When I said hello excuse me why aren’t you answering, they began saying give us a moment loudly and they were not busy at all too, treating a driver the worst way they can thinking we drivers are low level human beings. Secondly, I wanted chicken burrito but they gave me chicken supreme bar, I said it is not burrito twice, they said it is. When I ate, I got angry but argued my point respectfully and they gave me burrito, but while arguing they were not respectful, another guy working was asking do you want me handle this and she said no, as if he was gonna fight with me. If they cannot work late night, it is 11 am now, they should ban the restaurant or hire people who at least know how to communicate and treat customers. They are a bunch of street people which I think the restaurant owner hired to lower the costs.
