  Service was great — the staff was friendly. However, the food quality was very disappointing. I ordered a cheese quesadilla and some tacos, but the quesadilla barely had any cheese in it. It was mostly tortilla, and I could hardly see or taste any cheese at all. The tacos were okay, but overall the food did not meet expectations. Good service, but the quality of the food really needs improvement.

  Vibes are great. Placed two mobile orders as we pulled up and the staff confirmed effortlessly. Food was ready to go within a few mins even after adding an order at there window.

  Despite all the many one star reviews, my meal was great. The staff were friendly and kind, the food tasted good. And there were no mess ups on my order. So maybe it just depends on what day you go, either way don’t let the reviews scare you.

  The absolute worst customer service imaginable. I do not understand what personal beef Juan has with customers, but he is so disrespectful every single time I have been there. As soon as I hear his voice, I know my order is going to be messed up. I ordered a black bean crunch wrap. His stupid self gave me a BEEF crunch wrap. I am a VEGETARIAN. I bit into it and realized it had beef. It is strictly against my religion to eat beef. He is so disrespectful and unprofessional, he needs to be fired asap.
