I pulled up to the speaker and asked for the protein bowl/box that Iāve ordered before. The person on the headset responded with āThe what?ā in a very dismissive tone. I repeated myself, and he replied, āI donāt know what youāre talking about bro,ā again with attitude, which felt pretty disrespectful. Before he could even finish his sentence, another employee jumped in on the speaker and started listing off the different box meals. Iāll give that second employee credit for at least trying to help, but because both of them were talking at the same time, it just turned into one confusing mess and made ordering impossible. At that point, I didnāt feel confident placing an order, so I left and went to McDonaldās down the street instead. I understand itās late at night, but customer service still matters. A little patience and professionalism go a long way. I hope management can look into this, because I usually enjoy Taco Bell and would like to feel comfortable coming back.
