- MMMayOct 17, 20251.0I visited this location tonight and was extremely disappointed with the service. The staff were rude and unprofessional. I asked if I could switch my side, which I confirmed afterwards was possible through the UberEats app. To make matters worse, I overheard a woman in the background who had left her microphone on, loudly questioning “what I was talking about”. This same woman, who wasn’t even taking my order, proceeded to stare at me through the window in the lobby while I was at the stop light after I had left the drive thru. This experience was frustrating and uncomfortable. I strongly suggest better customer service training for your staff!
