  The most horrible staff rude and disrespectful to costumers, including the security person , believe me , never put a step in that place i was eating some tacos and I opened some bread sticks from another store just to try them and he was very disrespectful , the security guy told me that eating food for another restaurant was not allowed, I get that , but after an argument whit that guy he started screaming at me, even invading my personal space, I never was rude to him, or said anything offensive to him,for one second I thought he was about to beat me up, the two employees there never did anything in order to stop the situation, poor guy I think he must be frustrated for something in his miserable life.. but he needs some professional help....

  They have removed half the seating. Which is smart because I have seen many fights happen with clients in the store. As for the food and service: I got food poisoning from old rancid crunchy flour tortilla. Nobody ever followed up. I like Taco Bell so it’s just sad. Employees are friendly but they should kick out the people causing trouble or call the police.

  They need to practice fielding an order from a kiosk. I think I've been here for about 30 and it wasnt like I didnt ask what was taking long after 15. Edit: 30 minutes might be generous likely more like 45

  MY food never came, as of a one hour of waiting, they never produced my order said it was fulfilled and would refund or remake my order. the place was dirty, disorderly, and sad. i watched several people enter, order after me, receive their order and leave before my order was produced. someone with the same username had an order ready at the same time and never picked up their order which had lead me to the impression they had stolen my order. they would not listen or consider this as a possibility and my order was listed as ready but unavailable. i had previously ordered from this taco bell and had received satisfactory service. a delay is acceptable when notified or monitored but this unfair queue, delay, and service were unacceptable. i would also like to note that the taco bell app would not accept cancellations refunds or corrections when ordered 20 minutes in advance prior to retrieving the order that was never fulfilled. for time stamps, we showed up at 11:50 for a 12:04 order and as of 1:00 still no order. i’m sure the workers are busy however the communication is unacceptable and not a positive business model. i’d previously ordered from a different chicago taco bell location and had had promptly service warm food and a correct order. i would love a refund, an explanation or just my order in the first place.
