- HHhal1 day ago1.0MY food never came, as of a one hour of waiting, they never produced my order said it was fulfilled and would refund or remake my order. the place was dirty, disorderly, and sad. i watched several people enter, order after me, receive their order and leave before my order was produced. someone with the same username had an order ready at the same time and never picked up their order which had lead me to the impression they had stolen my order. they would not listen or consider this as a possibility and my order was listed as ready but unavailable. i had previously ordered from this taco bell and had received satisfactory service. a delay is acceptable when notified or monitored but this unfair queue, delay, and service were unacceptable. i would also like to note that the taco bell app would not accept cancellations refunds or corrections when ordered 20 minutes in advance prior to retrieving the order that was never fulfilled. for time stamps, we showed up at 11:50 for a 12:04 order and as of 1:00 still no order. i’m sure the workers are busy however the communication is unacceptable and not a positive business model. i’d previously ordered from a different chicago taco bell location and had had promptly service warm food and a correct order. i would love a refund, an explanation or just my order in the first place.

Anytime I order takeout i always end up waiting 5 minutes after arriving if my order is ready because I’ll get to the pickup station and the workers will straight up ignore me. I try to speak up and ask for my order and they will straight up just go on with their business as if they didn’t hear me? I really like the food they prepare it just sucks to be fully ignored when my order is right there
